The respondent no.1 in the writ petition prays that he be paid monthly salary as Van-Mazdoor from the date of the order passed by the Labour Court.

In reply it has been stated that the petitioners are paying the respondent no.1 daily wages as according to them the respondent no.1 was appointed as such.

The respondent no.1 also seeks benefit of Government Resolution dated 16.10.2012. This aspect would have to be considered when the writ petition is finally heard. The entitlement of the respondent no.1 to wages as Van-Mazdoor shall also be considered when the writ petition is heard finally. With these observations, the civil application is disposed of.
