Record reveals that on 26.07.2018, Mr. Bhangde, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a statement that he has already given no objection to the petitioner to engage services of some other lawyer. However, none remained present thereafter. Similarly, time was given to petitioner to consider filing of statutory appeal. In spite of the same, no statement is made to this effect. The petition was, therefore, posted today for passing dismissal order. However, none present.

Above facts reveal that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting his claim. The petition is thus dismissed for want of prosecution.
