We have heard Shri P.S. Patil, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. A.R. Kulkarni, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1 & 2.

The petitioners have not filed any reply to the applications. Nobody is present for the petitioners. It is seen from the earlier round of litigation that this applicant was party - intervenor in the earlier proceedings. This applicant appears to be the Secretary of Dnyaneshwar Shikshan Prasarak Sanstha, Tondgaon. With such status of the applicant and his appearance as intervenor in earlier round of litigation, we are inclined to allow these applications as his presence would assist the court in the matter.

1202caw3046.18 Hence, Civil Applications are allowed. The applicant be added as intervenor in both the petitions within three weeks of the order and thereafter petitions be listed on board for final hearing at the stage of admission, within two weeks thereafter.
