Heard Shri Amol Jaltare, learned counsel for the applicant.

The allegation against the applicant in the report states that he has supplied false information and to get Government Grant. In the said crime, other accused are released by this Court. The applicant has not received any benefit by supplying false information, therefore, no custodial interrogation is required. Hence, ad-interim anticipatory bail granted on 05.12.2018 is hereby confirmed.
