Considering the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay. I am satisfied that the sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration. Accordingly, the application for condonation of delay is allowed and thereby the delay caused in filing application for restoration is condoned.
