DATED : FEBRUARY 6, 2019 Smt. Venkatraman, learned Counsel for appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to take appropriate steps as available in law and further prays for extension of interim order for a period of three days.

Leave as prayed is granted. The appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. Interim order directing parties to maintain status quo since was in force before trial Court and was further continued pending appeal, we find the request of learned Counsel for appellant to be reasonable. Accordingly, we extend the interim order till 8/2/2019. All contentions of parties are kept open.
