Prayer is to condone the delay in filing the appeal. The cause of delay is mentioned in paragraph 3 of the civil application. The prayer is opposed by learned counsel for the nonapplicant on the ground that the reasons mentioned are not sufficient.

Considering the fact that the claim petition filed by the applicants has been dismissed and the reason furnished is with regard to financial constraints, accepting those reasons the delay stands condoned.
