The respondent Nos. 2 and 3, identified by the advocate appearing for them, are present in the Court. Accepting the explanation given in the application, the order passed by this Court on 14th December, 2017 directing issuance of bailable warrant to secure the presence of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 before this Court is recalled.

The civil application is allowed accordingly. List the Contempt Petition for further consideration on 15th January, 2018.

The respondents Nos. 2 and 3 shall remain present before this Court on 15th January, 2018 at 10.30 a.m. Writ Petition No. 6936 of 2016 be also listed for hearing on 15th January, 2018.
