Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant - original respondent Preeti, who has filed this application. Nobody is present on behalf of the original applicant - T.V. Venkatasubramanyan.

Prayer clause is permitted to be amended by inserting the words "A/c No.3650588341 with Central Bank of India, Dhantoli Branch, Nagpur".

Amendment be carried out forthwith.

By the order passed on 6th November, 2017, this Court has already directed the original applicant to pay maintenance of Rs.10,000/- per month to the original respondent, the applicant in this application. It has also been directed that the amount of Rs.10,000/- per month shall be deposited with the Family Court, which shall be permitted to

appr.307.17 2/2 be withdrawn by the original respondent.

It appears that at the time of withdrawal, the Family Court issued cheque in the name of "Preeti w/o T.V. Venkatasubramanyan". However, as this application discloses, Preeti does not hold any bank account in this name. Therefore, by this application, she has prayed for transfer of this amount directly to her bank account. The prayer so made, for the reasons stated in the application must be and is allowed.

The Family Court shall accordingly do the needful in the matter. The application is accordingly disposed of. JUDGE *sandesh
