The learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that this appeal is challenging impugned judgment and award passed in L.A.C.

No.39/2010. It is informed that being aggrieved by the said award, the original claimants have filed First Appeal No. 189/2017, which was partially allowed by this Court vide judgment dated 08.08.2019. It is therefore, submitted that since the controversy is settled by virtue of the aforesaid judgment of this Court, nothing survives in this appeal.
