By this application, the applicants are seeking the distribution of share of appellant no.2 in the name of appellant nos.3 and 4 along with individual shares on the ground that appellant no.2 Smt. Vatsalabai Santosh Bolke is expired on 01.11.2020. 2.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of.

Civil Application (F) No.4351/2025 1.

By this application, it is stated that appellant no.5 Smt. Vithabai Laxmanrao Mahulkar is expired leaving behind the will deed dated 03.05.2003. Accordingly, the prayer is made that distribution of the share which comes in the name of appellant no.5 be distributed in equal amount between the existing appellants. It is also pointed out that during the pendency of the present appeal, the appellant no.2 is also expired. Hence, the share of the appellant no.5 be distributed amongst appellant nos.3 and 4. 2.

Hence, the application is allowed as prayed.
