As per the First Information Report, the applicant was found in possession of carrying illicit country liquor. The scooter is owned by the applicant. He cannot say that he was in possession of the said scooter. It appears from the report that the accused/applicant ran away after the seizure of country liquor. Hence, he is not entitled anticipatory bail.

The criminal application is rejected.
