Heard Shri Lingayat, Advocate for the applicant and Shri Rode, learned APP for the non-applicant/State. All applicants are arrested by the Police on 01.10.2017. Learned Advocate has submitted that they were arrested in another crime and shown their arrest in present crime on production. The incident took place on 25.09.2017. Some of the applicants are released on bail as per the order of this Court dated 04.07.2018 in Criminal Application (BA) No.378/2018. From the contents of the FIR statement of Police Officers, it appears that all the applicants are Naxalite they exploded the clamer bomb and attempted to kill the Police Officer. They are also involved in other crime. The investigation is complete. Charge-sheet is filed. Hence, the following order.

Application is rejected. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and decide within a period of six months.
