In short, it is his contention that the issue regarding grant of compassionate appointment pending before the respondent no.2 is not taken to its logical end.

Be that as it may, since the said issue can be decided by the respondent no.2 in the light of the representation dated 20.02.2025 and reminder dated 28.10.2025 submitted by the petitioner, we direct the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation dated 20.02.2025 within a period of ten weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.
