This is an application for restoration of appeal filed on behalf of the appellant. This appeal was dismissed by order dated 14.11.2017 in pursuance of conditional order dated 31.10.2017 passed by the Registrar for non-removal of office objections. It is accompanied by an application for condonation of delay of 31 days in moving the application for restoration. For the reasons stated in the applications, same are allowed, delay is condoned and the appeal is restored, subject to the counsel for the appellant removing the office objections within a period of two weeks from today.
