Shri V.A. Dabhe, learned counsel for the petitioners and Shri N.R. Rode, learned learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 & 2.

Although, there is a stiff opposition made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, we find from the grounds taken in this application that the applicants deserve to be heard in this case and accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause.

The petitioners are directed to implead the applicants as party intervenors to this petition on or before 15.04.2019.
