The learned advocate appearing for the appellant states that as the enhancement of the amount of compensation by the reference Court is less than four times the value of the acquired land as per the Ready Reckoner, the matter appears to be covered by the policy of the State Government incorporated in the Government Resolution dated 23rd February, 2017.

Authorized representative of the appellant, respondent No.1 (claimant) and authorized representative of the respondent No.2 shall attend National Lok Adalat at Nagpur on 14th April, 2018 at 11.00 a.m.

Office to take steps accordingly.

Considering the facts of the case, the amount deposited by the appellant, along with interest on it, if any, be given to the respondent No.1-claimant.
