In view of the statement in praecipe, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the contempt petition.

The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly. 4.

However, considering the submission that objections in execution proceedings are preferred by the judgment-debtor notwithstanding that similar and indeed identical objections are earlier rejected and which rejection is confirmed in second appeal, it would be expected that the executing Court shall dispose of the objections as expeditiously as possible and without granting any adjournment unless an exceptionally compelling case is made out.
