Civil Application (CAS) No.1463/2018:

This is an application seeking extension of time to deposit the balance amount in terms of the order dated 26.09.2018.

2] The balance amount is Rs.6,37,500/-.

The appellant undertakes to deposit Rs.4,00,000/- on or before 22.12.2018 and seeks further time of four months for depositing the remaining amount of Rs.2,37,500/-. 3] Subject to deposit of Rs.4,00,000/- as undertaken within the stipulated period, the appellant is permitted to deposit the balance amount of Rs.2,37,500/- within four months.

4] Civil application is disposed of in the afore-stated terms.
