The misc. civil application stands disposed of. It is submitted that the paper-book is filed in another connected matter and therefore, filing of private paper-book in this matter may kindly be dispensed with. The respondents have no objection if filing of private paper book is dispensed with.
Hence, filing of private paper-book is dispensed with.
