In response to order dated 25.11.2025, the petitioner has placed before us a pursis along with documents to show that his wife has serious ailment.

We have gone through the document to see that the medical certificate/document is dated 01.12.2025. The order of rejection of parole leave is dated 15.11.2025, saying that illness as alleged is not serious and further because the petitioner was brought back to the prison after 5797 days, when he was released earlier. 3.
Thus, what was expected from the petitioner is to place before us medical certificate/document showing the status of illness in November or immediately prior thereto. As against, the petitioner is relying upon the documents which were not before the respondents.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition and file an application, afresh on the basis of the recent documents of the ailment of the petitioner's wife.

Permission is granted.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
