C.A.O. NO. 459/2018 This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 164 days delay in filing restoration application. For the reasons mentioned in the Application, the delay of 164 days is condoned. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. MCA (ST) NO. 27600/2017 This is an application for restoration of Cross Objection No. 14435/2016. Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that on 20th June, 2017 the matter was listed before the Registrar of this Court and two weeks time was granted for removal of objections. However due to oversight, the objections could not be removed and the matter came to be dismissed.
