Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
At the outset, a prayer is made to direct the respondent no.1 and 2 to decide the revision petition within time bound period.

When the query was made to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, he submits that revision was filed on 17.11.2025 and present petition was filed on 24.11.2025. 4.
It is, thus, crystal clear that within 7 days the present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the concern respondent to decide the revision within time bound period.

Needless to mention that no breathing time was given to the respondent Authority. We deprecate such type of practices and accordingly, dismiss the present petition with costs of Rs.5,000/- to be deposited to the High Court Class Four Employees Association, Nagpur, within two weeks from today.
