Learned APP vide affidavit-in-reply on behalf of the respondent No. 3 states that representation of the petitioner has already been decided by the respondents and the copy of the order dated 13/08/2019 is placed on record alongwith the reply.

In that view of the matter, the relief as sought for is remedied and hence the petition is rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the criminal writ petition stands disposed as having become infructuous.

Needless to say, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order, if so advised.
