This is an Application seeking condonation of delay of 31 days in filing Second Appeal Stamp No. 27623/2017. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. Perused the contents of the Application. Though learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 vociferously opposed the Application, on a perusal of the same, I am satisfied that the delay is properly explained and sufficient ground is made out for condoning the delay.

In view thereof, the delay of 31 days in filing the Second Appeal is condoned, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 500/- to be deposited with the High Court Bar Association Library, Nagpur. The Civil Application is allowed and disposed of. JUDGE sahare
