2] The accused have filed this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying that F.I.R. bearing no. 647/2018 registered against the applicants with the non-applicant no.1 - Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 307, 323, 354, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(r)(s) and 3(1)(w)(i) (ii) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 be quashed. 3] Today, Shri N.S.
