DATED : 18/02/2019 The original plaintiffs - Decree holders have challenged the order passed by the learned District Judge staying the effect, operation and execution of the decree passed by the trial Court. The decree is for partition and separate possession of the immovable property. Considering the nature of controversy, in my view, the following order would sub-serve the ends of justice:- The learned District Judge shall decide the appeal filed by the respondents - Judgment Debtors and pending before him, till 30/09/2019.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed. No costs.
