This is an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased non-applicant on record. It is stated that non-applicant has died on 07.11.2025. The application is filed within limitation on 24.11.2025. Application is therefore allowed. Permission is granted to incorporate the names of legal representatives of deceased non-applicant sole on record.

Necessary amendment be carried out on or before 10.01.2026. After carrying out amendment, issue notice to the proposed legal representatives of deceased non-applicant, returnable on 30.01.2026.

The applicant is directed to serve the proposed legal representatives of deceased non-applicant by speed post in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service before the next date.
