By this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicant has challenged the order passed by the learned Magistrate rejecting the application filed by the applicant for releasing the vehicle on supratnama. The applicant has also challenged the judgment passed by the Sessions Court by which the revision application filed by him is dismissed. According to the non-applicant, the vehicle is seized in Crime No.31/2018 which is registered for illegal transportation of liquor. According to the non-applicant, as per the registration certificate, till the decision of the revision application by the Sessions Court the vehicle was registered in the name of Shri Manish Guruprasad Gupta and it is subsequently transferred in

2 apl1121.18 the name of applicant. The applicant has not pointed these relevant facts and, therefore, there is reason to believe that the applicant tried to mislead the Court by suppressing the relevant facts.

Be that as it may, it appears that the applicant is not interested in pursuing the matter. The criminal application is dismissed.
