After arguing for some time, the learned advocate for the applicant realized that the request made for relaxing the condition of furnishing two solvent sureties on behalf of the applicant should not have been made.

The advocate for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application.

The criminal application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The learned Sessions Judge is directed to expedite the trial and dispose it within six months.
