DATE : 15/01/2019 Heard.

Perused the impugned judgment and award. It appears that the learned Tribunal has granted compensation of Rs.10,00,000/- with interest @ 9% per annum. However, the respondent no.1 is granted Rs.5,00,000/-, respondent nos.2 to 4 are granted Rs.1,50,000/- each and respondent no.7 is granted Rs.50,000/-.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that, at present, the applicant no.1/respondent no.1 would be entitled for withdrawal of an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- only. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order.
