The learned Counsel appearing for the parties submit that bunch of Writ Petitions were disposed of by this Court by common order dated 18.02.2019, which is reproduced below :

All these Writ Petitions are disposed of by consent order, as under :
(1) Petitioner have agreed to
participate in the process of inviting tender for leasing out the shop blocks on rent.
(2) Respondent Municipal Council has agreed to issue fresh tender notice in a newspaper having wide circulation over the area, inviting applications for leasing out the shop blocks in possession of petitioners.
(3) It is also agreed that petitioners will be informed about issuance of such notice in the newspaper, by separate communication.
(4) In view of above, the notice dated 11.12.2017, is quashed and set aside.
(5) Parties to act on the basis of the aforesaid statement and Municipal Council is at liberty to proceed further with the auction on lease hold basis, by complying with the aforesaid conditions.
No cost. "

The aforesaid order came to be passed in Writ Petition No. 8249/2017 and other connected matters. Learned counsel submit that all these Writ Petitions can also be disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Hence, the order dated 18.02.2019, shall also
apply in the present petitions. The same are disposed of. No cost.
