05th March, 2018 By this application, it is prayed that the amount of Rs. 50,000-00 which was directed to be deposited in Writ Petition No. 3135 of 2005 be permitted to be withdrawn. As per order dated 6th February, 2009, the petitioner was directed to deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- towards interest and after such deposit, it was to be adjusted against the claim of the respondent no.2.

Considering contents of aforesaid application and the subsequent order dated 31st August, 2017 passed

by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, the applicant/respondent no.2 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000-00 [rupees fifty thousand only] along with accrued interest.

Civil Application is disposed of.
