Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

A challenge is to pre-termination notice dated 31.10.2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said communication dated 31.10.2025 should not have been issued in light of the Government Resolution dated 23.01.2014.

He has invited our attention to the representation dated 04.11.2025 (Page 53) in which he has raised a similar issue before the authorities concerned. The said application is still not decided by the respondent No.3Project Officer, Nagpur. 4.

In view of the fact that a particular period was fixed in pre-termination notice, we direct the respondent No.3Project Officer, Nagpur to decide the representation dated nd.thawre

2/2 04.11.2025 within 4 days from the receipt of the order passed today.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish a copy of this order before the respondent No.3Project Officer, Nagpur by 01.12.2025. 6.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
