DATE : 10.12.2025 By this application, the applicant is seeking the withdrawal of the amount in the matter, which was already transferred to the Principal District Judge, Chandrapur. It is pointed out that the said proceedings has been finally decided by the Principal District Judge, Chandrpur by its judgment and order dated 04.12.2000.

It is the submission of the present applicant that when the appeal was filed before this Court, certain amounts has been deposited and the said amount till date lying with the Registry of this Court and in view of the disposal of the appeal by the District Judge, Chandrapur, he is willing to withdraw the said amount.

In my view, as learned District judge has decided to

14 fa 881-2007.odt proceedings finally, it will be proper to transfer the amount, which is lying to the Registry of this Court to the Principal District Judge, Chandrapur.

Hence. the Registry is directed to transfer the entire amount along with interest accrued thereon, which was deposited in First Appeal No.881/2007 before this Court to the Principal District Judge, Chandrapur.

After transfer of the amount, the applicant can move an appropriate application before the District Judge, Chandrapur and said Court will consider and release the amount.
