Even though the matter was admitted as per order dated 27/10/2020, inadvertently the delay condonation application in preferring the appeal remained to be decided. The reference Court has enhanced the compensation as per the order dated 17/10/2016. The appellant-M.I.D.C. is aggrieved by the said order. The reasons stated in the application are genuine. Delay needs to be condoned. Hence, the delay in preferring an appeal is condoned. This order is considered to be passed on 27th October, 2020.

Civil Application [CAF] No.3298/2019 :

Already stay was confirmed till final disposal of the appeal. Hence, this application is disposed of.

Matter be kept after two weeks for hearing on Civil Application [CAF] No.2306/2019.
