One of the accused namely Raju Tarachand Funde is released by this Court by order dated 01.02.2018, the applicant has also played the same role, hence, the following order.

ORDER

I] The application is allowed.

II] The applicant be released on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

III] The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

V] The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial court without prior permission.
