This is an application seeking condonation of delay of 229 days in preferring an appeal against order dated 04.02.2017, passed by the Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Amravati, in LAC No.96/2012.

Mr. Masurkar, learned counsel for the appellant has drawn attention of this Court to paragraphs 2 to 8 of the application in support of his contention for condoning the delay.

Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and having perused the application, the delay of 229 days in filing the first appeal is condoned.

Let the appeal be registered within a period of two weeks.
