Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.
There is a consensus amongst both the sides that common order was passed thereby staying the execution of the impugned judgment subject to deposit 75% of the decretal amount. It seems that the order is not annexed in this file. There is no harm in passing the similar order in this matter.
Hence, stay is granted to the execution of the impugned judgment and decree, subject to deposit 75% of the decretal amount within a period of four weeks.
