The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that on 10.10.2022 the Collector, Chandrapur passed an order in relation to the dispute involved in the present petition. Accordingly, he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh, raising a challenge to the order dated 10.10.2022 passed by the Collector, Chandrapur. 2.

A permission is granted.
