A limited prayer made in this petition is that the respondents be directed to regularize the land for which the petitioner is entitled.

Since the issue can very well be decided by the respondent No.2, we direct the respondent No.2 to treat the present petition as a representation, and to decide the same in accordance with law, within 10 weeks from production of this order so also the copy of the present petition. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish a copy of the present petition along with a copy of this order before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.
