Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner. According to her, promotion has been granted to respondent No.3 on the basis of forged documents. She submits that though she has brought the aforesaid fact to the notice of the Superior Officer, i.e. the Chief Officer - respondent No.1, till date no action has been taken. She has invited our attention to the representation dated 29/09/2025, which till date has not been decided. 02.
