ATE : JANUARY 29 , 2024 Mr.P.S.Tiwari, learned counsel for petitioner has moved a pursis for withdrawal of his power for petitioner. According to him, a notice is already served on the petitioner, however, the petitioner has changed his address without intimation to the counsel. As such, pursis is accepted. Appearance of Mr.Tiwari stands discharged.

2) We have heard Ms.Ritu Jog, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

3) None for the petitioner.

4) The Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution, as the petitioner has not taken steps for engaging counsel nor has furnished his correct address. He has also chosen not to appear before the Court.
