By these applications, the applicants have sought to condone the delay of 304 days in filing the application for setting aside the abatement and bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased appellant No.8.

Ms. T.H. Udeshi, learned AGP representing respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Shri S.M. Thakre, learned counsel holding for Shri M.M. Agnihotri, learned counsel representing for respondent No.3 have no objection for condoning the delay and bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased appellant No.8.

In view of the reasons stated in the applications and also no objection given by learned counsel for the respondents, the delay is condoned. Abatement is set aside. The legal representatives of deceased appellant No.8 are ordered to be brought on record. Cause title be

Both civil applications stand disposed of.
