Since the petitioner has approached to this court without raising his grievance before the concerned authority, we are of the opinion that before filing Public Interest Litigation, the concern authorities should get an opportunity to know the illegalities, irregularities, if any, noticed by the person who wants to espouse the public cause, to correct the things.

Since the petitioner before approaching this Court did not raise the grievance as raised in the petition before the concerned authorities, at this stage, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
