Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Innocuous prayer made in the petition is to direct the respondent no.1 to expedite and decide Revision Application No.11/2024 filed under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960.

Be that as it may, since according to the petitioner said revision is still pending, we direct the respondent no.1 to decide the revision application within a period of six weeks from the next date fixed. 4.

Needless to clarify that if the stay application is preferred by the petitioner before the said Authority, the same shall be taken to its logical end within three weeks thereafter.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that he will produce the copy of order passed today before the respondent no.1 within two weeks.

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
