Since the copy of writ petition has been served on the Government and the Government is aware of the fact of a vacancy having arisen in the Commerce stream due to retirement of the earlier incumbent, the Government shall proceed in accordance with the Government Resolution dated 20th June, 2014 and recommend a suitable surplus staff having requisite qualification to the petitioner no.2-College for his absorption in service, in accordance with law. 2.
