The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.45/2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 137(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

It is allege that the applicant had kidnapped the minor daughter of the first informant.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that the victim was 17 years and 4 months when she ran away with the applicant. They were having love affair. Thereafter, after attaining majority she has performed marriage with the applicant and they are staying together. The marriage certificate is on record.

The victim is present before the Court today. 6.

After attaining majority she has performed the marriage with the applicant. Though the allegation of kidnapping is there, she has performed the marriage and it is out of love affair. Hence, the interim protection granted on 03.12.2025 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. 7.
