The prayer in the petition is for issuance of directions to the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to allocate work and issue fresh work order in favour of the petitioner for Etender dated 14.06.2017. A further request is made to quash and set aside the E-tender dated 12.12.2017 being

At this stage, learned Counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions, states that since subject matter has rendered infructuous, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
