2) We have heard Ms.Khan, learned Assistant Government Pleader. With the assistance, we have perused the impugned order. The order impugned depicts that the sister of the petitioner was granted validity vide order dated 19/11/2004, which was produced by the petitioner. The said issue is not at all dealt with and considered by the Committee while passing impugned order.

3) That being so, we deem it appropriate to quash and set aside the impugned order dated 20/08/2018 with directions to the respondent Committee to deal with the issue of validity granted in favour of the sister of the petitioner on 19/11/2004 while dealing with the claim of the petitioner. 4) The petition is accordingly stands partly allowed.
